Cooperativa Giotto facilitates the employment of disadvantaged people, particularly former prisoners and those with disabilities. Its activities range from the planning, development and maintenance of green areas to the management of car parks, from the public and industrial cleaning to the waste sector, from the management of museums to call centres, and from the manufacturing of artisan products to catering.

In 1991 the cooperative took on two major challenges: a work project in 2 Palazzi prison in Padua.

In recent months members of the Cooperative have received training from Illumia employees on some of the back office activities that are normally carried out inside the company. More specifically, the prisoners are currently dedicated to correcting the contracts in our information system and activities connected with the call centre.
